Jessica Krug has been a member of the Santa Monica College English Department since 2004 and is currently Assistant Chairperson. She is also active in faculty development activities on her campus. Jessica began her career as a high school English teacher, then proceeded to support other secondary teachers as a teacher coach as they cleared their credentials. In addition to her work at the College, Jessica works as an educational consultant, focusing on training administrators to use an evidence-based observation system and to provide feedback to teachers using coaching strategies.
