Evidence-Based Observations [EBO] will take participants through a series of activities that reflect the importance of objective evidence and the alignment of that evidence to the criteria of teaching standards. The emphasis is on educator growth and development and ensuring that the person being observed is an active participant in the observation and/or evaluation process in the service of improved teaching and learning.
