All of our on-line courses meet ESEA requirements for embedded professional learning, and allow districts the ability to monitor participant learning, achievement, and completion.

Evidence-Based Conversations [EBC] will take participants through a series of activities that reflect the importance of using evidence to support teacher growth and development. A rubric detailing coaching competencies will be used as a tool to self-assess and measure progress on coaching skills. This inter-active course allows for self-assessment, the practicing of new skills, reflection, and steps for implementing EBC in your own setting for the purpose of improved teaching and learning.
