After working a few years in the corporate world, Coleen Reyes began her career in education in 1999 as a high school Spanish teacher. After many opportunities to work in various aspects of the field, Coleen found her love for professional learning in 2010. Since then, she has partnered with many districts, schools, and leadership teams to provide professional learning experiences for teachers, school leaders, and school leadership teams. As a facilitator, Coleen designs and facilitates opportunities for learners to reflect, connect, and grow around teacher observation and practice, data analysis, feedback, and coaching. Coleen received her undergraduate education from Howard University. Her M.A. and Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration were earned at George Washington University.
