This Learning Plan allows participants to engage in a self-paced exploration of their own current coaching practices and ways in which those skills can be enhanced for the purpose of conducting evidence-based professional conversations.

This Learning Plan allows a group of participants from a school/district to work together to engage in a collaborative exploration of current coaching practices and to receive on-line feedback from TLS personnel for the purpose of enhancing the skills needed for conducting evidence-based professional conversations.

This Learning Plan allows schools/districts to work directly with TLS to design a plan that provides both on-site and on-line support for deep exploration of current coaching practices and strategies to improve skills in order to conduct productive, evidence-based conversations that result in continuous improvement.
