Customized calibrations can be configured for schools and districts using the PM Calibration platform.
- The use of videos which have been master-scored using the district’s criteria (e.g., Framework for Teaching, Marzano’s Framework, or district created rubrics)
- Scoring of observers’ accuracy in assessing teacher practice based upon three TLS quantitative measures.
- Optional feedback and assessment of observers’ skills in gathering evidence of teachers’ practice that meets the TLS qualitative measures.
- Immediate reporting of results to guide next steps, professional development, and support.
