Debi is a National Board Certified Teacher in a public school system. Debi has taught grades K through 8 and has worked as a K-5 literacy coach at a large, urban public school. Debi has also worked as a university undergraduate and graduate adjunct professor for 7 years. As an educational consultant, she has worked with numerous school districts to provide professional development for teachers and administrators around numerous school reform efforts, including: academic language, assessment, minority affairs, English Language learning, and teacher growth and development.
